Wine and senses
With the specially developed event concept “Wein und Sinne“ (wine and senses) Deutsches Barrique-Forum is breaking new ground. At a particular place in an exceptional atmosphere fine wines and food are staged with lighting, music and thought-provoking impulses. This concept was first implemented on 14th October 2010 at Schloss Solitude, Stuttgart, supported by WDR (West German Broadcasting) and accompanied by TV sommelière Natalie Lumpp.

Slow Fish
The official kick-off event was carried out in the rooms of the Ratskeller in Bremen as a cooperation of Slow Fisch, Messe Bremen (Bremen Fair), Deutsches Barrique-Forum and Bremer Ratskeller. Moreover it was possible to taste the wines in the vinotheque of Slow Fisch during the days of the fair, 5th until 7th November 2010.
